Orders made are subject to acceptance and availability and may be cancelled by Flirty Femme if items become unavailable. The contract officially exists between yourself and Flirty Femme once your parcel has been despatched.

PAYMENT

All payments and purchases made through this website are sent through secure servers via Paypal.

CANCELLATION

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

DESPATCH

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and payment.

Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days and orders for the rest of the world in 5-10 working days.

We offer a 100% refund or exchange guarantee aslong as the item is returned in its original condition.

Return postage is at the expense of the buyer.

Exchanges are available where required item is in stock.
